Executive Administrative Assistant

We’re expanding our team and seeking an Administrative Assistant to join us in our mission to expand our platform. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, resourceful self starter to provide administrative and general business support for our CEO and senior leadership team. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day administrative activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, employee support, expense reporting, and special projects.
This is a hybrid role that requires one day per week on-site at our Plymouth, MN office.
What You’ll Do
Team Support: Helps drive initiatives by tracking completion of tasks/deliverables and following up on outstanding items. Communicate effectively and respond promptly to requests from co-workers, vendors and customers
Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting logistics, prepare agendas, presentations and documents, take meeting notes, and follow up on tasks. Plan and coordinate company events.
Office Management: Provide general support to visitors and new employees. Maintain overall office presence and office supply inventory. Collect and organize all physical mail, packages and deliveries.
HR Support: Organize/track job applicants, schedule and conduct screening interviews, help with onboarding processes
Operations Support: Complete credit card reconciliation for the corporate cards, prepare expense reports, and update the company website.
Other: Take initiative and offer assistance to improve efficiency; continually improve and implement systems and processes. Additional tasks, special projects and events as needed
What You’ll Need
2–3+ years of related working experience
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Constant follow through
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Workspace suite, Slack, LinkedIn and/or HR processes
Fintech, software or financial services industry experience

Curious and self-motivated with a passion for learning
Background check is required. Must be based in the Twin Cities area and eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available at this time.
